Roman Pasta

Fresh pasta & tiramisù on a Roman rooftop

Knead and shape fresh pasta by hand, then turn it into a Roman classic: carbonara, cacio e pepe or amatriciana – your choice. Ele shares the techniques (and the little secrets) that make these dishes taste like Rome, and together you’ll layer a classic tiramisù.

Then sit down on the terrace to enjoy everything you’ve cooked, with Lazio wine and views over the city.

Roman dinner

Start with fresh pasta made by hand and paired with carbonara, cacio e pepe or amatriciana – your choice. Then cook the main course: Roman saltimbocca with sage and prosciutto, or Nonna’s meatballs slow-cooked in tomato sauce. Finish with a classic tiramisù.

Ele guides you step by step, then you sit down on the terrace for a proper three-course Roman dinner, with Lazio wine and views over the city.

A slow afternoon in a Roman kitchen

Roman sweets & spritz:

Spend a relaxed afternoon baking three Roman classics from scratch: a creamy tiramisù, a ricotta and sour cherry tart (crostata ricotta e visciole) and ciambelline al vino, the crunchy wine cookies Romans dip in a glass of red.

While everything bakes and the kitchen fills with the smell of butter and lemon, Ele shares the family tips behind each recipe. Then it’s time to taste it all together with a cup of tea or a glass of spritz.

Testimonials

Guests often tell us that what they remember most fondly are the laughter around the kitchen table, the stories behind each recipe, the welcoming atmosphere, and the feeling of spending a few hours in the company of friends, rather than attending a lecture.

About me

Some of the best memories in Italy are made around a table.

I’m Eleonora, born and raised in Rome, and after more than ten years working in hospitality I decided to create something truly personal: a place where people can discover authentic Italian cuisine without feeling like they’re attending a formal cooking school.

This project was born from a simple idea: cooking should bring people together. During every class we prepare traditional recipes from scratch, share stories about Roman food culture, enjoy good wine and spend time exactly as Italians do, with laughter, conversation and delicious food.

At dinner, you’ll often be joined by my co-hosts: trusted Roman friends who love sharing their city as much as I do. It’s the closest thing to being invited to a real Roman dinner party – and the best way to get honest tips on where to eat, what to see and how to live Rome like a local.

My goal isn’t simply to teach recipes. It’s to give you the confidence to recreate them at home while taking a genuine piece of Rome with you.
